How many jobs can I request under my subscription each year?
You can request upto 10 jobs per calander year.
What happens if I need additional work that exceeds my subscription?
Any work that doesn’t fall under the soft maintenance list or exceeds the limits of your subscription will be treated as priced work. We will provide you with an invoice, and payment must be cleared before any work is carried out.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription after the minimum term of 12 months by providing us with one calendar month’s notice. Please contact us directly to initiate the cancellation.
How will I be billed for my subscription?
Subscription fees are billed in advance, according to the plan you have selected. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined in your invoice.
What should I do if I have an urgent maintenance issue?
If you have an urgent maintenance issue that is not covered by your subscription or exceeds your monthly limits, please contact us directly for assistance. We will provide a priced quote for any necessary work.
